Shipping Information

Damages and Shortages

If you receive a package that has been damaged, you can refuse the package or give us a call at (972) 937-8860 and we will file a claim with the carrier. In all cases, the carrier is responsible for safe delivery of merchandise. Be sure to keep all original packaging. Any damage or shortage must be reported within 3 business days.

Shipping and Handling

All shipping charges are estimated at checkout. We do our best provide accurate shipping costs, but occasionally due to size, weight and hazardous material restrictions shipping costs may differ from the estimates given online. Some items are subject to additional oversize charges. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice and are calculated by size, weight and box count. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.

Shipping Times

Please allow 2 business days for your order to ship. Most orders are shipped (FED EX OR UPS) ground order. Orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped Monday-Friday. All orders placed by 4 pm will ship next business day.

Please note that from time to time we are still experiencing supply chain issues which may cause shipping delays. We will do our best to communicate your options with you using the contact info you provide.

Return Policy

Return policy: Merchandise (excluding feed) may be returned in a new, unused condition (with any tags and original packaging) within 14 days of purchase. All credit card returns must be issued back on the original credit card used.

If you choose to return your item, there will be a 10% restocking fee for reasons other than defect, damage or error on our part.

Exception: If your return is due to a breakdown in service because of the shipping carrier, a full refund will be given if the order is deemed lost or damaged. We must allow enough time for the shipping carrier to confirm such before the refund will be processed. Refunds for product returns are processed once they are received and inspected here at the store. Refunds are for the product portion of your order and do not include shipping costs.
